The head coach of "Dynamo" Kyiv, Mircea Lucescu, has resigned and announced the end of his career. The Romanian expert announced this at a press conference after the match with "Shakhtar", which was lost 0:1. "I would not like to talk about the game today. I want to say that I gave 15 years to the football of Ukraine. This is how I decided to end my career. It was the last game. I said goodbye to my players, to the Shakhtar players. Thank you all. I would like to end it in a different way, but everything comes to an end – a football career, and love, and life. Everything has a beginning and an end," Lucescu said. The Romanian specialist has been coaching Dynamo Kyiv since 2020. Prior to that, he was the head coach of Shakhtar Donetsk for 12 years.
