US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland believes that the US Congress will vote for additional aid to Ukraine, and Ukraine will have "sure success".

US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland is sure that the year 2024 is of great strategic importance for Ukraine and will bring her "confident success" on the battlefield. She said this in Kyiv on January 31 during a meeting with journalists.

Nuland said she was leaving Kyiv with greater confidence that — even as Ukraine strengthens its defenses — Mr. Putin will receive "unpleasant surprises" on the battlefield, and that Ukraine will make solid gains this year.

In addition, Nuland believes that the US Congress will vote for additional aid to Ukraine, and added that GLSDB long-range missiles are already on their way to the Armed Forces.

It will be recalled that today the US Deputy Secretary of State for Political Affairs, Victoria Nuland, arrived in Kyiv for a visit.

Earlier, Victoria Nuland called on Ukraine's allies to prepare for a long confrontation with Russia. According to her, there is a long way ahead, for which one must be ready both materially and psychologically.
