The President spoke about the urgent need to strengthen Ukrainian air defense with Patriot systems to protect Ukrainian cities and communities, the economy and critical infrastructure from Russian aerial terror.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, had a telephone conversation with the leader of the minority in the US House of Representatives, Hakim Jeffries. Zelensky announced this on Sunday, April 28, on the official TG channel.
He thanked for his personal role in the adoption by the Congress of the law on aid to Ukraine. He noted the bipartisan support of our country in Congress and the leadership of President Biden.
